These nurturing yoga and wellbeing sessions for parents and carers offers the chance to take some 'ME time' away from the kids to look after yourself for a change!
Time to de-stress, refresh, and reconnect with yourself and replenish your system, connect with others and build a supportive network of other participants.
De-stress and refresh with mindful breathwork & movement, and deep relaxation. Time to renew, time for you.
Tuesday evenings 7.45pm - 9:15pm or Wednesday mornings 10am - 11.15am.
First classes start week commencing 1st June 2020.
The last week of classes will be week commencing 21 July 2020.
Book your place:
Those who wish to start classes part-way into a term are very welcome. Simply book in the usual way and the system will only charge you for the remaining sessions left in the term.
