experience needed.

Tues 7.45pm-9:15pm

Weds 10am - 11.15am

This keeps sessions fully interactive.


Classes are for all levels, no experience needed.

£5 Per Person

per week.

Classes are charged per term. 

These nurturing yoga and wellbeing sessions for parents and carers offers the chance to take some 'ME time' away from the kids to look after yourself for a change! 


Time to de-stress, refresh, and reconnect with yourself and replenish your system, connect with others and build a supportive network of other participants.


De-stress and refresh with mindful breathwork & movement, and deep relaxation. Time to renew, time for you.

Class Details:



Tuesday evenings 7.45pm - 9:15pm or Wednesday mornings 10am - 11.15am.

  • First classes start week commencing 1st June 2020.

  • The last week of classes will be week commencing 21 July 2020.


Book your place:


Those who wish to start classes part-way into a term are very welcome. Simply book in the usual way and the system will only charge you for the remaining sessions left in the term.

Course Leader

Yoga & Wellbeing Practitioner

Alison has over 10 year’s experience of working as a Creative Arts Facilitator with all ages and abilities from babies, toddlers, children, teenagers to adults including PMLD.


She is a qualified primary school, Yoga teacher and Holistic therapist and has specialised in Pregnancy, Children’s and Family Yoga.


Working both creatively and therapeutically Ali is highly experienced in working with individuals and with groups.
