Virtual Online Teen Girls Classes
for Ages 13-16
This fun and relaxed 12-week Zoom yoga & mindfulness class follows the Youth Mindfulness SOMA Programme, nurturing the wellbeing of 13-16 year old girls by increasing their emotional literacy, physical strength & self-awareness.
Our online classes for girls aged 13-16, uses the Youth Mindfulness SOMA Programme which comprises communication practices, team building games, the exploration of character strengths and values, and activities that bring mindfulness to life in a powerful and inspiring way.
We will also use this alongside yoga techniques to help physical strength and relaxation.
Each week will include themes dependent on the needs of participants and every participant will feel valued and involved.
This is a course of 12 classes (though you can join at any point mid-term) which takes place on Fridays from 4.45pm - 6.15pm.
First classes start week commencing 28 April 2020.
Week commencing 25 May - HALF TERM (no classes)
The last week of classes will be week commencing 21 July 2020.

Those who wish to start classes part-way into a term are very welcome. Simply book in the usual way and the system will only charge you for the remaining sessions left in the term.
